BA Software Solutions is firmly committed to ensuring digital accessibility for individuals with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to our main website, Client Portal, and the custom software platforms we engineer for our clients.

1. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. BA Software Solutions is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard. However, we engineer our interfaces using semantic HTML5, high-contrast visual themes, and aria-labels to maximize compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies.

2. Assistive Technologies

To further support accessibility beyond our native code structure, this website utilizes the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget. This software allows us to improve compliance with the WCAG 2.1 framework by giving users active control over text scaling, contrast profiles, and animation pausing.

3. Accessibility in Custom Engineering

When engineering web applications, dashboards, or public-facing sites for our clients (such as medical portals or restaurant landing pages), ADA compliance is factored into our UI/UX planning process to minimize legal liability and maximize inclusivity for your end-users.

4. Feedback and Support
